Course Cancellation

Overseas students who have applied 6 weeks or less or home students who have applied 2 weeks or less before the course start date, and who have accepted the offer letter and paid the fees, will not be entitled to any payment refund. The only exceptions allowed, are on the basis of medical grounds or severe ill health. We need to see authenticated evidence from a specialist source clearly stating the reason why the student is unable to start their course of studies due to their ill health.

 

The maximum time allowed for notice of cancellation based on medical grounds or severe ill health is 2 weeks after the course start date.

 

Cancellations are allowed 6 weeks prior to the course start date for overseas students and 2 weeks for home students.
